The announcement prohibits use of NRCS-distributed FSCP funds to support ground shooting, euthanasia using barbiturates, aerial gunning, drop nets, snares, cable restraints, foot holds, relocation, frightening devices, immobilization, reproductive inhibitors, toxicants, and any other techniques prohibited by state or local rules.
